No, there's not a simple code for all of those..
First off, you need a paint program to design your background and your image. The rest depends on css and how you code your skin.

yah, i have all the programs that i need to design graphics. i guess what i wanted to ask was the steps. not to MAKE a layout, but what do to next.

1) make graphic & place where i could blog
2) upload the pic

then .. how do i put the blog right where i want it on the pic? & how do i make it transparent? .. after that .. how do i put in another pic so that it`ll be the bg of the graphic art? ..

i hope you guys understand what i`m saying .. .

Well you can either make your own site and have it hosted at a freeserver (like tripod), or you could buy your own domain name. The best and easiest way is to just get a Xanga.

To upload the pic, you can just go to a site like http://www.imageshack.us.

To align the blog on the picture, you need to use DIV layering. To make it transparent, you need a program like PSP 7. I make images transparent by going to File > Export > Optimize GIF. Then you just edit the transparecy options to your liking. Then you click on the Colors Tab and pick either Optimized Octree or Optimized Median. Then you press Save.

To add a background picture, scroll to the bottom of Customized Look & Feel and add the image URL to the Background Picture box.
