Your background and colors are way cool. The little pictures, like pikachu, at the top are cute, but kinda random. Maybe you could incorporate a banner that matches.

i think it looks really cool. i love how you made those colors work! some people cant do that. hrm but the cursor throws everthing off XD the only suggestion i have is to change cursor if you want to. ^^ besides that it looks awesome!
