i was on here with no real aim; thinking back, i'm sure i was drawn to the possibility of connecting with many different and interesting people, most of which seemed to share similar interests to mine. and i don't think that was as accessible for me at such a young age and/or in the small town that i lived in. i'm graduating college this year with a bachelor's in fine arts and i often still refer to cb for my relative history and early inspirations for graphic/web design.

ultimately, i've accepted this site may never see its opportunity to thrive again and will become another forgotten remnant of the internet. until then, though, i'll check every once in a while from some odd sense of gratitude or affiliation of sorts; i do enjoy reading up on everyone's sentiments, it makes me think about the changes we've all undergone throughout the years..
