Please take your time reading this. Do not quickly blow it off because you feel that it does not apply to you. Please just hear what I have to say...
We are living in a hard time right now. It is scary but so comfortable. We feel so happy and satisfied that we could care less what is going on around us. Girls, do you realize when you wear those short skirts and clothes that show a little more than they should that not only are you attracting the attractive boys your age but in this day in age you are attracting men, ages 18-90...do you realize that you are putting horrible thoughts into minds of kids ages 5-10...do you realize that you are responsible for an age of rape, and pregnancies...an age of murders and of abortions...an age of hurt, and pain...and an age of unfaithfulness between husbands and wives...you are not only attracting many ages of men but you are also attracting females...and people that you DO NOT want to attract...just think about that for a second. I really have this passion in my heart for mentoring girls. Not just in a christian fashion...so dont block this out. Girls have it soooo hard these days...we are pressured to wear the same clothes as pamela anderson and jeniffer lopez and to look as great in those clothes as they do. We are pressured to hide our beautiful faces behind caked on make-up so that we can look as beautiful as the next girl. Let me tell you something, did you make that nose? did you put that hair onto your head and color it, did you make your eyes and your skin color? No...you didnt...did you have the option to pick it out in a store? no...you didnt. when you critisize the way you look you are critisizing somebody elses work...our most high creator who loves you and who spent careful time and planning making you exactly as beautiful as you are. You are beautiful. There is sooo much stress on us these days...you feel pushed down by pressures of looking right, of sounding right, of talking and being exactly how you should. You might feel like nobody cares about you or like you need a guy in your life to feel love...but that is not what you need right now. Those things are nice...but there is one person that I kno that will never leave you alone. He is standing there with his arms open wide calling for you to run up to him. He is screaming and crying for you...day after day he tries to get your attention. He gives you a beautiful sunrise to wake up to in the morning, hoping that it will remind you of him...and how much he loves you...he sends it to you as a morning gift...but we ignore him and do not acknowledge it. Then he tries again...he sends you warm air...and on special occasions some rain so that he can suprise you with a rainbow later on. But you still dont notice him...so he tries again...he sends you wonderful friends and family to show you the love he has for you but you dont see him there either...so at night he sends you a moon and stars...to remind you of him and his angels watching over you. But still you dont notice him. Maybe you have never heard of Jesus Christ before, or maybe you have. I will not and dont want to force you to make any decision...but he loves you more than anything in the entire world. He wants to be there for you and help you through rough times...he wants you to tell him what makes you mad, happy, sad...tired...whatever...he cares, even when it seems like nobody else does...he does. I love the part where you were talking about how people wear clothes that attracts many. Well I'm not gonna write my opinion here cause it might offense people. So I'll keep it to myself. -hEaRt </3 |

Thats very true about girls... Alot of the things you said in there are very true, and very down to reality. You've got a real nak(sp) for writing and I enjoy reading what you have to say... great job!

You brought up some good points. And even though I'm currently an aetheist, I'll definitely keep this in mind.
