honestly? Use Proactive. That stuff really works. I used it and it clears up everything and makes your face alot smoother. Don't forget to drink a lot of water. And if you can, get a lot of rest too, as in sleep.

basically i agree with everyone. eat healthy foods and get a lot of sleep. drink tons of water because it like helps flush out the bad stuff or whatever haha and dont touch ur face a lot. also, sometimes acne is caused by like the makeup you wear and stuff u know? so be careful with that too.

My mom told me that ProActive is really bad for you. I don't know though. My friend uses it and I'm not sure how oftne she uses it but she still has minor break outs. She says it smells good though. I honestly owuldn't know. I heard lemon juice works. I use this stuf that the regular doctor perscribed to me, it's called BenzaClin It's like 30 bucks for this little tub though. I'm not sure how well it works though. I still get breakouts and they don't seem to go away any faster when I use it.

i got this lil booklet on juices for eveything.. cuz my stupid diet thingy.. makin me feel like $hit -_- but anyways..
one of the drinks says.. somethin about clear skin.. drink cucumber juice... cuz of vite-E? i think.. n it cools you down.. |

Proactiv works pretty good. I don't have much acne, but when I saw I started breaking out, I started using it cuz my dad ordered some for himself. And now, my face is clear again

I got pimples sometimes, I was angry with my face, it is soo ugly.. So I rode to school with my mom, i did asked my mom why i always get pimples and my mom said, "You need to stop puttin make-up on your face or stop touchin your face. whatever" I asked her "How come you never get pimples when you're teenager?" She said, "Because i never use soap on my face, or touchin my face. Also, never ever put make up on me. NEVEr.. I drinks a lot of water." Hmm maybe it is help! :)
I will follow the rules about pimples from my mommy! she helps me alot.. my face got less of pimples now.. :) |

surprisingly, you know what works is if you have like only one or a few, just but a bandage on it, because my cousin said it blocks out the oil from things. my cousin had picture day the next day for freashmen pictures, and the night before, she but a bandage on, and the next day, it was almost gone! well, good luck!

I never broke out as a teenager, but my sister is 17, and she did. She never had it SEVERE, just ya know, bumps on her forehead, what she does now is:
Wash face with Cetaphil (normal to oily) 2 times a day Put on Clearasil Ultra 2 times a day If she needs to put on make up, when she's going out...she usues, Clean and Clear dual action moisturizer, and then puts on make-up, but in your case you're better with the cream. she's all good now. Clearasil Ultra is the SH!T...seriously, i have never seen anything work like that. Also Persa-Gel, and Clean and Clear advantage are good sh!t too. Good investments. Good luck, hun!
