His soulful rhythmic rhymes put me in a heavy trance
Falling to his sultry voice, While all night long I glance into his deep brown eyes and boyish grin As he entrances me lyrically and my heart pounds within I keep telling myself that this infatuation has no meaning that it's nothing more than physical but emotionally I'm feeling like I'm floating on "cloud 9" lost in all the dreaming WHile I'm thinking of him and how he effects me, How he makes me see more clearly But that is all it will ever be a secret hidden in forgotten memories The fear of rejection to hard to overcome Knowing that this could change everything Just knowing that he might be the one To be the first to break my heart. I smile innocently at him but within I know its hard hearing his voice seeing him laugh Those are the memories I wish I could take back His soulful rhythmic rhymes still put me in a heavy trance I fall to his voice, but all I can do is glance into his deep brown eyes and boyish grin as he entrances me lyrically and my heart pounds within. |
