The outline on avatars

I need help on the outlining the avatars like stroking but the whole image i know it seems so easy but i dunno how to do it...like the outline of the writting and the whole avatar the little pink line

Just use your pencil tool, that`s wut I do. Go to one corner, and click.. then go to the next corner and shift click. It should be a straight line if you line it up.

if you're using psp then click on image>add border

photoshop- press ctrl+a, then image>stroke

Or you could go on blending options.. Stroke. and yeah. Click 'inside' and there you go.
