createblog.com input buttons, what's the css code?

I was wondering how I would get my submit and input buttons to look like the ones at this website. Here's what I have now in my stylesheet.

Like the code buttons while posting. They have a silver and 3d look to them.

These buttons on createblog.com are a good example. 3d look with orange mouse over. It must be a XP thing. I just can't duplicate it with CSS.

It is a Windows XP thing, I believe.
