okay i have a banner that i made and want it on my Xanga BUT to put it you have to have a URL and i dont have anywhere to host it to get one. and i was wondering if anyone knows a way to put one up without a URL or if u know a site that will let me host without putting a stamp for that site on it.. someone help me please!! thank you!
incase u need to know or something this is what im wanting to put:

photobucket has bandwitch limit.. so if u get alotta hits i really recommend one without bandwitch limits
