Wouldn't you just use xanga's given backgound image thing? It's all the way at the bottom of xanga's look and feel. Right before the music option.

This way it wouldn't be definite that it is positioned directly under the box.. but you can try using the fixed background css code manually and position it absolutely (with values for top, left..)

Megare, it says it can be aligned "bottom center", so wouldn't it go right under on the bottom? You can "fix" the image so that it doesn't move when you scroll.

I would think it would go to the bottom center of the page which changes according to resolution of the screen.. but I don't know _unsure.gif You could be right . _smile.gif

Yeah, I think ti uses percentages or something, so it would look center on all screens. or the simple <center> code should work. Just "fix" it to the bottom.

ok all it needs now is a font change. can i change it to the pixelated fonts (ie. fixedsys, small fonts etc.)? if so, how do i do it? would it be better to do it with css or html?

Yes.. you can change regular font to pixelated with CSS.. using the regular code:

CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->

<style type="text/css">
p, td {font: normal 12pt fixedsys}
</style>

<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->
