This is a different situation though. This isn't an initial sentencing, this is a violation of probation. What usually happens when people violate probation is they're sentenced to the maximum allowed sentence for the sentence they got probation for. For instance if you could have received 3-10 years in jail for whatever drug / partying / drunk charge and she got probation, violation of that could have earned her 10 years. |
