Your website isn't worth 4 million. It's your domain Webs.com that is worth that much.

And I already knew Createblog was worth a few millions since Jusun told me weeks ago.

whoa, huge type. oO
i'd highly doubt ju-sun would be interested in selling. while costs are probably in the high $2000 / month, i wouldn't doubt if he's making double that simply letting it run. advertising brings in a lot of revenue.

take a look at myspace - tom sold out for $500,000,000 and fox has made about $120,000,000 profit from that in a measly three years.

I have outlined 13 metrics to judge a domain name in a self-appraisal.

1) Marketability
2) Phone Test
3) Name Length
4) Brand Recognition
5) Development Value
6) Dot Value
7) Site Traffic natural
8) Site Traffic by Search Engines
9) Industry Strength and Positioning
10) Search Engine Popularity
11) Grammatical / Linguistic value
12) Revenue Generating
13) Comparable sales value

Actually I heard Jusun was considering selling createblog a while back, not to sure about now though. I think its grown to much for him to handle and he just doesn't have the time for it anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if he did sell it.

I doubt if this stuff is true, I mean they estimated my domain at $3,350 which is bogus.

Edit/
This one is more realistic:
http://www.dnscoop.com/

It priced my domain at $10 which sounds more like it.

And it says createblog is estimated at this:
The estimated value of http://www.createblog.com is: $1,670,880
