I haven't done that, the pain is just itchy to watch already and for me to actually cut myself is slim to impossible!

Most of the times when people cut themselves its because they feel alot of pain inside, and dont know what to do about it. They dont want to put that burden on their friends or family, and dont want 2 get mad about it, so they cut themselves.
The pain from the cut helps you to forget about the pain inside.
Other times its just to call out for attention or help. Like if your parents see that cut, they ask, and u dont respond, and they know whats up, and they start 2 pay more attention to you and realize that u exist.

Thats y i did it. But only like 3 times when iw as really down and stuff ermm.gif

If you cut your wrists horizontally (the way most people do) you cant die from that. Cuz your not really cutting the vain all that much. You just do it to feel the pain.
On the other hand, if you cut it vertically then you are cutting open your vain, THEN you can loose enough blood to die. The other way ur just making a scar.
And no offense... but when u say u want to live knowing u never did bad stuff... sorry but no one is perfect. And cutting is just as bad a gossiping or something. Either way, when u say something like that, and person who cuts reads it, you make them feel worse then they prolly already feel.
I know ur prolly trying 2 b helpful and optimistic, but choose your words wisely next Time wink.gif

ok the kids who go around bragging are kids that just think its cool, so they do it just to be "cool" but most people who cut because their addicted or w/e the case may be, dont show it at all. Its prolly the ppl u least suspect... It always is

i know that alot of people say that it makes everything feel better but i honestly don't know how cutting your wrist or whatever you cut can make you feel better. i never do it and will never do it. =/

man you people really like knowing about who cuts and who doesn't....is it really something to be proud of? and all the people that say it's "stupid" if you haven't done it...please dont' judge others...it's a way to "get out" i guess you can say...i use to do it, but i've stopped for about 1 month now. and i plan on never doing it again, but seriously...why must everyone ask "do you cut?" and all that? it's not that important is it?.....

I don't cut anymore.
I used to when I was younger; it was an adrenalin thing, a power/control thing. Same as when I get a tattoo or a piercing - its a pain you are in control of, something that gives you such a rush of power, of adrenalin. and its an addictive feleing
