positioning background image, help please? Options

i know you can use "center" or "bottom" and stuff like that but i was wondering if there was a way you can use coordinates to get the exact location? i've been looking all around cB and couldn't find anything..

i'm doing my friend's xanga and i'm trying to get the background image to perfectly align with the boxed xanga but it's never perfectly aligned.

the closest i've gotten is

but it just keeps going on top of the box. could someone please help me?

It's called DIV layering. There's a script under "DIV layering" in Xanga Scripts or a few tutorials of it in Webdesign.
