1) Learn HTML
2) Learn Photoshop or Dreamweaver or Firework or Imageready, any graphic-designing software. 3) Get started Simple as that...I think o_O |

you can try looking at some skins & learn the html & alter it to your liking (but also...if you take somebody's idea..give them credit)

And as for the question at hand, there are some tutorials in Webdesign -> Tutorials that might help, as well as a few tutorials in the Big Book of Resources (pinned here in Webdesign.) |

lissaexplains.com is pretty good. its for the really basic stuff though. and you can go to the big book of resources which is here might have some html help links.

w3schools.comlearn the basics.. i know createblog has a css and div tutorial. but if you wanna flat out learn html, go to w3schools.com or echoecho.com
