Comments formatting, changing font and size |

My original blogger layout didn't have comments showing up, so I added in codes to enable it and it worked.
The only problem is that the "comments" font is fixed. Is there a code where I can change the font and size of the comments link? http://i47.tinypic.com/4l4xfq.png thanks
