LiveJournal Tag Area Options

I want a sidebar/side box for tags, like so:  Screen_shot_2010_01_08_at_3.53.55_PM.png ( 13.17K ) Number of downloads: 2
. I have hid the sidebar but is there a way to get that back and move some of it around for a tag area? I would like it under my navigation:
