I really like the banner, but yeah, the rest is kinda plain. And the tag at the bottom is really quite big.

i would change those default scrollbars. think theres a code somewhere...and at the bottom theres a horizontal scrollbar...might wanna get rid of that.
nice banner tho!

you have a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom that only scrolls a little bit.
the banner's good, i like the effects, but it doesn't blend in to the backgorund correctly. add a border to it or something.. i personally don't like the size of arial you used for the entries, but other than that it's a good effort 8/10 |

Feedback:
1. horizontal scrollbar is a nono 2. way too many fonts used in your banner, choose one or two, don't over do it 3. sticky caps are ugly. If you are wondering what that is iTs tHiS (aNnOyInG). 4. those swirly brushes are over, move on to something new and exciting 5. In your image, you wrote "dorkydork808 produktion". That font is a bitmap (or pixel) font. You should always have it no bigger than 10 and antialiasing off. 6. no customized scrollbar? good luck
