FF/IE problem Options

The myspace page looks fine in FF like usual, but I cant seem to get anything to move in IE. Ive tried the _margin-top to try to move down pieces but nothing. My bottom links are all the way up under my header in IE as if the page wont resize. Also it has resized my youtube player. Please help me figure this out.
