getting image map to play well in the div Options

ok - i'm making a duplicate post here because after posting my other post, i realized i was posting in the closed topics section. oops!

here we go:

hello! i got here b/c i googled and landed on this post: http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=202656

i am trying to put this particular code up on facebook, and i don't know if facebook is preventing me from doing it, or if i'm inputting the code incorrectly. here is the div and image map code. please help! :)

so the issue is that the image is showing up, but the part of the images that i've mapped are not linking to anything. it's like there is no link there at all.

any help would be appreciated!
