hey i want to know how did they make this car into cartoon like this, i been try and i want to know if there any way to do this on paint shop x2

They probably drew it, either by hand or using a computer. There's no way to convert an actual photograph into an image like that.

^ Agreed.
Here is a tutorial that briefly explains the "cartoon drawing". Remember, practice takes perfection. For me, I look at an example to get an idea or visualization what I am going to draw. I know that the tutorial is for PS, but you can try to translate what they are talking about. |
