my controls>(left panel)my signature>host ur picture online somewhere and click IMG button and then link your image.

Heh, I have no idea, probably you arn't linking the the actual picture. Just a guess, when it generates the code, what does your code read? It should say something like:
CODE <!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
[IMG]http://www.sfasdjsakld.com/yourimage.jpg[/IMG] <!-- end code provided by createblog.com --> |

Hah, well now, I guess I was of some help! ahha, BTW you can get rid of the code tags, (not the [IMG] tags) I mean the <!-- begin code provided by createblog.com --> (NOT SURE I LIKE THESE CODE TAGS, very unpretty hahahah) Glad I could help.
