Would It Be Possible???, Ipod Touch Layout Options

Would it be possible to make a layout to where everything popped up into a ipod? For example, at the bottom it had its normal music, pictures, messages, etc and then where the apps are have like about me, comments, and all the other stuff and when you click on one of the buttons it takes you to another screen on the ipod? I dont know how you would get the music player in there from how myspace does it you might have to not have that in there but idk. I mean you could have the hand holding the ipod as the background and then just modify the inner part of the ipod but idk if you could bring it up in the ipod or if you would need like 2 ipods on screen one for the categories and one for the information
