HELP!, the unachievable myspace. Options

I am in desperate need of help, I think its just too hot in this room and my brains not working but I for the life of my can't figure out the simplest things
Here are my dilemmas:

1.) I made a background a sliced it and pasted all the real codes to the images but now I'm stuck with this really awesome myspace that I can't get up on the page.
Theres some code I'm missing that you're supposed to put in front of <table id="Table_01" width="1844" height="2001" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">, that i'm pretty sure of. but what it is has evaded me for countless hours

2.) Getting the twitter box out of the bio section and up into the banner. how?

3.) Same thing with the twitter but for a youtube video

If anyone could possible enlighten me the slightest on how to go about doing any of these things it would save me a lot of frustration and hours staring at the laptop screen.
