This is why software patents are bullshit. Look over the patent that the company claims -- it's vague, it's bullshit, and Microsoft should easily be able to claim prior art on it anyway. Something like XML has been around for decades.

A Texas judge can ban microsoft from the entire country? Is this a legit article? Texas cant make decisions for the whole country.
Plus I really dont think Microsoft is going to stand victim to this, they will take it to supreme court if they have too, I mean, they ARE microsoft. |
