I just happened to get one of these babies off craig's list for $50.00. Some guy was sponsored by BigFoot Networks and already had one of their cards. I probably wouldn't have purchased it any other way, but I was amazed at how effective it was while playing certain games and specifically Battlefield Heroes. In the three games I played my k/d ratios were:

1. 19/3
2. 18/4
3. 18/3

My team lost each round (figures), but I received 2x the number of kills and points of anyone in the game. Usually I receive connection errors and get raped by the enemy team.

Anyway, I'm surprised by the performance increase gained though skipping the windows networking stack. Having this card in my computer is almost like cheating. There are many mixed reviews online for this card. None of them are 100% positive and none of them are 100% negative. This card does as advertised, and I'm extremely satisfied with it.
