How to cut out voice from a song?

Okay well im making beats,
and i was looking around.
and i found this

here.


and see how the voice
is cut out? i know they had 2 get that from another song.
i have FL studio 8,
thats about it. so what program, or how do i
use like the chorus from another song, and use it as my own.

so it lets me cut out a part and then use it on my own song with my beats?

like a sample?
thats harder to do, but if its a popular song you can more than likely find an accapella (vocals to a song)

a lot of songs do, you can usually get one on youtube or something, there are probably some programs but idk the names of any

ah how do i loop the beats for more then a min???
and it says i need another sound card to save my music,
can i have 2 sound cards? and what is that sound card?
