How to cut out voice from a song? |

Okay well im making beats,
and i was looking around. and i found this here. and see how the voice is cut out? i know they had 2 get that from another song. i have FL studio 8, thats about it. so what program, or how do i use like the chorus from another song, and use it as my own.

ah how do i loop the beats for more then a min???
and it says i need another sound card to save my music, can i have 2 sound cards? and what is that sound card? |
