Hey, I'm 17, turning 18 in January.
Well I plan to get my lip pierced and so does my cousin and my boyfriend. We plan on going during this summer vacation with my brother who's 18. Can my brother sign for ME at least? Or for me and my boyfriend? or does it really have to be my mom/dad? how will the check if someone's my guardian or not? I live in Las Vegas by the way if that helps any. please help! thanks! |
