Image Alignment Issue Options

I am only getting this problem in Firefox.
I use the AdBlock ad on.

The MySpace toolbar is shifting up and down. (images & code below)
It will be on the top on some loads.
It will be on the bottom on other loads.
This is an issue because my contact links become misaligned.
When the toolbar moves down, the image moves down.

How can I keep that image stationary?
