Hover help please, My link hovers aren't working! Options

I was trying to add all of this stuff to my links...and they stopped working. I originally had the hovers as follows: underline overline, fade to red, flip horziontal, and flames. Then I added blur and it still worked. Then I tried to add something else and the flames stopped working, so I took it out, and then all that worked was blur...and now nothing's working on them.
Can someone give me a code that puts the following together: underline overline, fade to red, flip horizontal (and if possible vertical as well), and flames. Only when hovering though. There's one code I found that does underline overline all the time and that's not what I want. Sorry it's so long. Thank you.
