Sliced Banner for 2.0 Options

Hello :)

I have created a sliced banner under the navigation bar. The only problem that I have is the pages to external sites just won't open in a new window.

I have target="_blank" in each codes but it seams to disappear each time I would save changes in About Me section. I have no idea why.

Also the sliced banner is best viewable in FF. In IE and Opera is a bit messed up. The top of the banner overlays navigation bar for about 10 or 20 px. Any idea how can I fix both isues? Thank you in advance for your help.
