Myspace Code Help... IE problems :( Options

I just re-did my band's page and it looks fine in firefox but IE looks way off...If anyone has time, can you please take a look at our page and point me in the right direction? Also i'm having a couple other problems:

-Our bio section has disappeared and my bio section contents just show up in the middle of the page, any ideas?

-Some of the rollovers stopped working, "youtube, view videos, and online store" just stopped working randomly..I can't figure it out! Also, for some reason my rollover images aren't preloading, is there a way to force them to pre load so there is no delay?

-In our top banner, I had a swell rollover effect for each band member, the background was black and white, and when you scrolled over each band member, that member turned to color, with a link to their page, it worked fine for about 2 minutes, then it stopped working! I also had a rollover on the comments image that had the same problem, it worked for a couple minutes then it stopped working.

I know there's a lot there, but if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.
