firefox/ie help Options

so i made my layout with div coding
and i thought it was fine
in firefox it all lines up perfect
but then in i.e
its alll aligned wrong to the bottom left

any help appreciated .
will i need to recode the whole page?
or is there a way to move all the div on the ie to the correct alignment
