Rules are that you just have to put which sport it is first, but that really doesn't matter, as most sports fans hear will know.
I'll start off: MLB: Where do I begin with my mets: Alex Rodriguez 2000 Vlad Guerrero 2003 Rey Ordonez for Garry Sheffield straight up! (That one was tough to swallow) 2006 AND 2007 Lastings Milledge and Aaron Heilman for Rich Harden, Danny Haren, or Roy Oswalt NBA: Vince Carter for Jamal Crawford and Nate Robinson or Zach Randolph.
