 i keep gettin the screenshot error message when i try to upload my SS. i know the ratio is right. i have read the guidelines and checked the forum and i seem to be doing everything right. i have tried serval ways including not cropping, changing the type of file. but...nothing is working  can anyone help me. im using psp 8. tks

Refresh the page? Are you completely sure the ratio is 4:3 (standard) or 16:10 (widescreen)? Make sure your file is .PNG, .JPG, or .GIF. Also, don't crop your image. Just change the image size of it to a 4:3 (standard) or 16:10 (widescreen) ratio. Also, take your screenshot in fullscreen mode which can be done by hitting the F11 key on your keyboard and then taking the screenshot using Prnt Scrn or Print Screen on your keyboard.

I think it may have to do with your screen resolution. Don't quote me on that though. If you give me a link to your layout, I can do it for you.
