well i use photoshop so I don't know how to tell you for Gimp.
On ps I just used the rectangle tool than switch to the circle/oval one. Press shift and draw an oval/circle in the on top of the rectangle. That's the basic, I won't go into full blown tutorial mode 'cause I'm lazy...and there's google. |
