to 5star: it's not so much about colors you need to focus on than it is concept and composition. i hate to be the one to say it, but a celebrity photo as a header image or a background is nothing original at all, and i'm starting to get fed up with them. what i would suggest, instead of playing around with different color schemes and the same style of design, take a look at what professional web designers are doing. run a google search for "css gallery" and study the designs featured on those sites. try to replicate a few (just use those for personal reference; never publish them) without looking at the coding or copying the images. once you're able to do that, build on your own original ideas.

tl;dr to most of the posts. But I think the images are a bit too bright/glowing. I don't really like how the table and heading colors are different colors. Also the font you used for "Megan Fox" is random.

JCP theres no need for you to be acting like an ***hole. Yeah go for constructive cristism but your not even doing that. Your just trying to act like a hot shot and acting like you know shit.

rinkal, just because someone says something bad towards them doesnt mean you should agree with them off the bat. JCP has been rude to 5 before. And you have absolute NO room to talk. Not like any of your stuff is good. How about you try taking the members who take the time to help you fix YOUR text mistakes instead of criticizing someone else text. Because to be honest it seems like you take no ones advice and you have asked the same things like this constantly and nothing of yours seems to improve much.

As for my response towards the layout. Its not bad, but it could use more. Maybe a patterned background instead of it being just a solid colour and maybe a little design around the boxes

I don't like that there are three divs. Two is perfectly fine and would look better, in my opinion.

I'm not feeling the colors, either. Personally, I would snatch that dark violet-copper color on her dress and that beautiful shamrock color.

I agree that the font looks strange. It would look more appropriate at a circus, in my opinion.

I'm definitely not feeling the black div right on top of the stark white background.
