okay so when i redid my profile i centered all of my text on the page. & it centered my display name as well which looks horrible by the way. is there a code i could use to like align the display name back to the left without uncentering the rest of the text on my page?

Are you in 2.0 or 1.0?
For 1.0, just add this after the code you're using to center everything else. Your best bet would be to just put it at the bottom of the entire code. CODE <style>.nametext{text-align: left;}</style>
