White Space above Layout content Options

ok, so i've been doing div's for a bit, stopped for a while and now starting to get back into them.
I have a space between my div picture and myspae header buttons:

It's like this is in the newest versions of Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer.

As far as I can see, you have absolutely no coding for positioning. If you do, please post ALL your codes.

Well, there would be my faults, do you have any positioning codes in suggestion?
