Im downloading COD4: MW (cause I see that MW2 is gonna be epic)
But Im getting 100kbps on Downloading it from my ISP.. I should be getting like 700kbps or more.. Why the hell am I capped? This is a Firefox prob >< |

It's probably the site you're downloading from.
Try a different mirror if you haven't been downloading long. |

That's one thing I love about Rapidshare... is that it rarely goes below 300kbps but I hate Rapidshare cuz I don't have an account with them. |

Use a torrent of course.
Or a different mirror. I have only downloaded a couple things from rapidshare. They really try and convince you to join. Waiting 60 seconds for a download button to appear is pretty annoying. |

I download nearly everything from either TPB or rapidshit. rs account is worth the money if you download there enough.
