It's not even a reminder man. It used to be a ting asking me to register or something but now none of the links or buttons even work.

heres what it looks like.

Who knows hot to get rid of it? Do i need to edit some registry or delete some files?

What else do you need to know? It just pops up at random times. Not a lot. it is probably set to open at a certain time every day.

No. Just randomly. I would know if it ran on start up. I have disabled a lot of stuff. This computer came with a bunch of preinstalled dell stuff so i guess they added it.

actually i disabled some more dell stuff and i think it may be the source.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, look for Dell registration or something similar and uninstall it.

You can also try disabling it in Start > Run > type in "MSCONFIG" and go to startup and see if you can find anything that related to "dell something". This part is more of trial and error until you find exactly what program the popup is.

This.

If all else fails, you might need a fresh install.
