I don't know why, but the only clients I've ever had have been rappers or DJs. I have nothing on my site in the sort of style they usually go for, so I'm not exactly sure why they hire me. The one person that did want me to do a cutesy vector ended up being a crackpot. Go figure.

It's a bit over the top for me, but it's what he wanted. I just need to get his final opinion on my finishing touches.

Well, it's definitely not your best, but like you said, it isn't really your style. I'd probably do a million times worse if I had to that.

-I would never ever use this as my own layout.
-I'm not crazy about it at all.
-I think the image is stupid.
But that's how he wanted it.

However, the skill in this is pretty apparent, I don't doubt it at all. I love all of your layouts; just not this one, which isn' really a layout of "yours". (If that makes sense o:)

I do like the fonts you used. They're fitting and the stars go well with it too.

Meh, I didn't test it in Safari. I know I should, but I already think I undercharge for the amount of work I do, and my service page only promises IE and FF compatibility. Once I get my portfolio site up and running I'll have a more professional deal going on.

I may be cringing inside from the use of the pixelation effect, but hey, he said he loved it and paid me.

It looks... nice for a hip-hop page. It really does but it's just weird knowing you made this when clearly this isn't your style. I don't really have anything else to say. Good job.

Poo. D: Would anyone happen to know how to fix it? It's going to bug me. I always have issues with Safari. I only know the trick to fix browser issues with IE and FF.

i like it. i like the colors and layout pretty well. i mean i've looked at more shitty rapper layouts than i can even count so this is miles above the normal.

This looks really good for a layout that's not really your style. It's better than most band layouts I've seen that are usually cluttered/busy. I'm not a big fan of the fixed background but ehh...good job anyways.

Given it's what the client wanted, it looks fine. The only thing that looks really out of place is the script style font, but again if he's cool with it then let it be.
