"They were making two, maybe three passes," FAA spokesman Jim Peters told NBC affiliate WNBC. "The DOD (Department of Defense) and the FAA worked this all out in advance." obama didn't know. he was furious when he found out, just like the mayor and other head people who weren't in the know. that's what's been reported all day anyway.
but over all, this was such a dipshit move. i don't get how anyone anywhere could think this was a good idea.
