So yeah. I go to "Edit Profile", "Customize", "Go Back" in the top corner, and the only option I see when the thing pops up is "Start From Scratch".
I don't see any button or notice or message that says "Switch Back To 1.0". Is it Myspace being stupid with me? Or is it the fact that I'm using Firefox? I am very annoyed, and really hate 2.0, and wish to get rid of it right away. |

This has been happening to a lot of people lately, including me on my back-up account. I heard somewhere that Myspace is aware of the problem and in the process of fixing it, but I don't think there's a way to switch it back as of now.
You'll just have to wait it out, sorry. |

If your account is fairly new, there's no chance of going back since technically, you've never used the 1.0 profile editor before. There's nothing to go back to. I remember reading this on a MySpace announcement somewhere, I forgot where.

I did the same thing. I created a new account and it automatically gave me the 2.0. I hate that version of myspace, it sucks for the most part. I wish they would give you back the option when you create an account. Is there a way to make a div work on a 2.0?

Of course. You just have to hide the modules individually before you start out. Also, I'm not entirely sure if DIVs fully function already so I've been using <p> tags to position things around in the meantime.

Not only is 2.0 much easier, customizing-wise;
DIV overlays are much easier in 2.0. And DIVs in general have always worked in 2.0. |
