fixing layout placement...uuugh what a drag! Options

So basically I would like to find out why is my link "www.myspace.com/martyeclair" hiding in firefox but not in I.E also why is the placement of my video different in I.E then it is in firefox and how do I fix it. And lasty why is my "film strip graphic" showing cut off on some people computer and how can I fix it so that it's show in it's entirety on every computer.

If you want that to show, I suggest that you put it as a background image and set the position to bottom left.

Yeah but I like the way it's set, I don't want it to show at the top of my layout. So is there anyway around that?
