Just so you know, in that picture the ram is on the right.
Ram makes a computer faster and graphics cards make ummm graphics look better.
Motherboards have slots to put in ram and graphic cards go in empty drive slots.

Graphics card... bro it's your video/graphics card. They come in PCI, AGP, and PCIe/2.0. The two most popular graphics cards are from ATI and Nvidia.

Visual performance. If you want all that fancy eyecandy (like vista/windows 7 gadgets and 3D cubed desktop etc..) you'd need a bit of RAM (memory) and a pretty good Video/Graphics card. And I strongly agree that you should get yourself a GeForce card.

lol... your HDD only has 32GB?!

Dood... I think it's time for a full upgrade o.O;

But yes... RAM is the #1 thing you upgrade. And yes, the motherboard has a limit on how much RAM you can put on it. Also the operating system, in this case, more than likely you have a 32Bit Windows XP, which can only read a max of 3GB. And if you're computer is old... the motherboard might not let you install more than 2GB... maybe even less o.O;

Exactly. Your motherboard is gonna be holding you back. But you dont seem like someone with a ton of computer knowledge so buying a computer might be worse at this time since most computers come with windows vista right now.

aka, the worst os know to mankind.

Have you forgotten Windows 98? Vista is badass on a computer that can run it.

Anyway, @OP, how long have you had the computer?

You get files the same way as any other computer. You're just still stuck on that bandwagon hate from Microsoft releasing Vista too early.

I agree but I hate the whole thing with your username and the stuff in it.

Like before my pictures videos and music was in my documents and now its all in the Joseph folder. Whenever I am opening an image in gimp or something I always have difficulty finding it even though I know where it is. Im looking forward to windows 7.
Its what windows vista should have been.

More bandwagon Vista hate. You're already in too deep to change my mind about that.
