A friend of mine wanted a letter that had a french look to it. So I made a "p" which could easly be seen as an r as well.. ^_^ Enough rambling here's the artwork:
 I'm leaning towards a simple design:  Updated with 'hole':

Haha, you're right. At first I thought it said "rarer". But I really like it, maybe adding a hole so that it's more obvious as a P? Just a thought.

This looks pretty nice. Yeah, I agree on adding a hole. Also, is that a watermark in the background of the second one?

Huh? Is it supposed to look like a letter? It looks like a symbol? or shape?
I like it though. The yellow appears to be transparent while the blue part is not. |

Supposed to be the letter p, I tried putting holes in various places, it didn't look "right" I think I may need to add some 3d element to the hole, whever I decide on placing it for it to look right.
Thanks Joseph, it's not supposed to look like that, the watermark seemed not to affect the blue part much. |

O! Now I see a P wearing a hat. Before it looked like a sideways butterfly! ahah. I would make the hat a little smaller so its obvious that the P is the main "thing".

I like it a lot. Looks very.... professional & sophisticated, I guess you can say. I agree about adding a hole to the "p." The only critique I have is that the bottom text is a bit pixelated. Other than that, it's really nice.

Updated the logo with a hole, at the bottom of the first post. I don't think it goes with the rest of the graphic.. >_>

Much better with the smaller hat. But now the P looks like its bulging and it has given it some personification and it looks like it being squeezed and it eye is bulging. haha
