How do I replace headlines such as Shows, Band Members with images on Band Profiles? |

Their headlines weren't exactly replaced. The designer just made a DIV with custom content inside it. Try following #11 on this tutorial.

You're on the right track. Just style up the DIV with the words "under contruction" in it and you should be fine. Also, in order for you to replace the headlines that you're covering, you first need to create the images that you're going to replace them with. For example, the designer of Paramore's layout designed these headers:
