All I Ever Wanted Options

So by now everyone has probably heard about the new album from Kelly Clarkson and I figured I would make a topic to discuss it.

I heard it when it leaked a few weeks ago and I have to say that I was completly blown away. This is by far the most eclectic and diverse album I have heard in a long time. It has some very bubblegum-esque songs like "My Life Would Suck Without You" It has some more alternative songs like "Whyyawannabringmedown" and "All I Ever Wanted" It even has some retro songs like "Ready" and "I Want You" Her diverse vocal ability is what drives this album she can sing anything and it sounds perfect.

I feel that this album will appeal to a bunch of different people. Young and Old will enjoy this album unlike her previous albums which pigeon holed her into one genre this album goes outside the box and seems complete in every way.

I'll go through the tracks for anyone who wants to read it...

It starts off with "My Life Would Suck Without You" it's very catchy and gets stuck in your head, but nonetheless it's an awesome song.

2. "I Do Not Hook Up" this is rumored to be the second single, In my opinion this is a good song, but there are much better potential singles. This was written by Katy Perry and has her style written all over it.

3. Cry - This is song I could see as a potential single. Amazing vocals and very good lyrics. It is really emotional and her voice is perfect.

4. Don't Let Me Stop You - This song is personally one of my favorites. I think it has a great message and the vocals are impeccable.

5. All I Ever Wanted - Written by one of my favorite bands Aranda it's awesome for her voice and I think it really shows how she has matured as an artist.

6. Already Gone - This song is beautiful and inspiring. It was produced by Ryan Tedder and had a similar feeling to Halo by Beyonce, except In my opinion Kelly's vocals are natural and clear unlike Beyonce's seemingly forced sound on Halo.

7. If I Can't Have You - This is more of an modern synth driven song which again is something Kelly usually doesn't do. She again delivers it in a huge way her vocals again prove she can do anything.

8. Save You - This reminds me of some of the stuff she did on My December... It's emotional and artistic. I could see this having a kick ass acoustic version.

9. Whyyawannabringmedown - This is one of my favorites it is completely different from Kelly's other songs, and it is one of my favorite Aranda songs. I feel that Kelly out did them with this song it's powerful and her voice is so clear and she truly delivers.

10. Long Shot - Written by Perry. kelly wipes the floor with Perry in terms of the performance. I could see this as a single it's really well done.

11. Impossible - This is a more modern song as well. I think that Kelly again does an awesome job with it and her voice really shines in this track.

12. Ready - This track you will either love or hate. personally i love the retro feel it reminds me of her idol performance "Stuff Like That There" again she proves her voice can do any style and make it sound amazing.

13. I Want You - This also has a retro feel to it. It's another track that you will either love or hate.

14. If No One Will Listen - A perfect ending to the album. It's one of the most emotional songs I have heard in awhile. It's beautiful and classical unlike the rest of the album. Her vocals soar above any other current artist, even Carey and Aguilera. The piano and simple background make for a perfect song.

Bonus Track
The Day We Fell Apart - Probably my favorite song I wish it had been included in the regular album... I would love to have seen this released as a single.

In conclusion this in my opinions is one of the best albums of the decade... It is energetic, diverse, current, and simply complete.
