Replace your comment box codes with this:

CODE
<form method="post" action="http://www.msplinks.com/MDFodHRwOi8vY29tbWVudHMubXlzcGFjZS5jb20vaW5kZXguY2ZtP2Z1c2VhY3Rpb249dXNlci5Db25m
XJtQ29tbWVudA=="><input name="friendID" value="162658973" type="hidden" /><textarea name="f_comments" class="pagakis" style="width:#px;"></textarea><br /><input type="submit" value="comment me" class="staticlayouts" /></form>

Where it says "width:#px;", replace the pound symbol with how wide you want it to be. See if that works out for you.
